Dive in! Our large breakfast buffet, with sweet and savoury, organic and fresh foods, a juice and tea bar leaves nothing to be desired. “Themed” breakfasts - full English, champagne, salmon, caviare, oysters, farmhouse style, veggie and white-wurst breakfasts will cross all the Ts and dot all the Is.

To be enjoyed of course on the 270° panoramic terrace on the 5th floor or in the winter garden. With the lovely view of Merano, the Adige and the Venosta valleys, breakfast is a pleasure for all five senses.

And to top it all off: Gourmet dinners in the evening

Every evening, we will spoil you with an exquisite 5-course gourmet dinner with a menu of your choice. Romantic candle-light dinners, 7-course gala dinners and varying theme and speciality evenings such as the Serata Italiana, Tyrolean, Spanish or Euro-Asiatic evenings, or fun chestnut-roasting parties in the Fall are the icing on the cake.
